Pupils will than take part in a Concert on Thursday 20th December at 1.30 pm for the residents of Thomond Lodge, Ballymahon.
Pupils will perform their Nativity and Carol Service in the School on 20th December at 7pm, everyone is very welcome to attend, refreshments will be served after in the Junior Room.
Forgney N.S. went to Causey Christmas Farm on Wednesday 19th December 2018, it was a very enjoyable outing!
Congratulations and well done to the pupils of Forgney National School who won the Most Topical/Closest to the Theme prize in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2018.

Congratulation to Forgney School Pupils, Jamiee who won gold in model making competition U-14 and Eoghan who won gold in the art competition U-8. We would like to wish them the best of luck at the Leinster Finals.

Confirmation for our 6th Class pupils will be held in the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Ballymore on Thursday 7th February 2019 at 11 .am.

Pupils from Forgney National School will be involved in a project with Roadbridge, the main contractor for the construction phase of Center Parcs Newcastle Forest Development.
The Environmental Manager for Roadbridge Ltd, has proposed working on a programme with our school on environmental and biodiversity themed projects throughout the school year.
Forgney National School pupils will commence their swimming lessons at Athlone Regional Sports Centre on Tuesday 15th January 2019 for seven weeks.
Forgney National School pupils will present their Christmas Nativity Play and Carol Service on Tuesday 19th December at 1 pm in the school. Everyone is very welcome to this very special event.
Computer Classes will commence for 7 weeks on Friday 9th November 2018.
