Operation Transformation

In conjunction with Operation Transformation, Forgney National School pupils have been taking part in the  promotion of exercises for 2 weeks namely the  “10 at 10” leading up to the Big day on the 10th of February where all over the country school children were exercising together for 10 minutes.

The 10 minute exercise routines are still part of the school day and it is so well enjoyed by the pupils and beneficial all round.   We would like to encourage the children to keep this up and praise them for their efforts!
